No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products purchased through our website.

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please ensure all details (size, color, address, etc.) are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout.
